My Philosophy for Client Success
Litigation is expensive. Court costs, discovery, subpoenas, attorney fees...even your time is an expense. In every case, I explain to my client the range of options available to them, and the costs and benefits of those options.
Some cases can be settled with minimal expense and Court appearances. Others cannot. That is why I have focused my attention on automating most of the paperwork that seems to drive up legal fees. Because I have done this, I am able to focus more attention on preparing for trial or negotiating a settlement.
I have been practicing law for over 15 years. Throughout my legal career, I have handled hundreds of cases and strived to ensure that my clients understand the legal process and how they have numerous options to resolve their matter. Resolution of any matter prior to a trial is far less expensive and time consuming than a trial. However, trials are often necessary as mutual resolution is not an option in every case. That is why I spend considerable time with my clients making sure that we put on our best case with the resources available.
I graduated from St. Elizabeth High School in 1996.
